Sustainable facade solutions championed with Aliva UK’s bespoke terracotta cladding
Aliva was challenged by Architect Hassell to design and manufacture a facade solution for a new building at the University of Brighton’s Moulsecoomb campus development. The facade was intended to imitate the starling murmurations seen above Brighton Pier, using six different types of white, handmade geometric glazed tiles in matt, gloss and semi-gloss finishes made out of 100% clay to provide an organic and sustainable surface solution.
