Concentrated juices of meat, fish, seafood and vegetables

We have developed a wide range of concentrated juices, from fish and seafood, to meat and vegetables. Organic certified concentrated juices are also part of the range. These products are available in paste or powder formats. As consumers increasingly demand clean and clear labelling products, we have developed alternative carriers and carrier-free powder products. Our objective is to concentrate the taste of raw materials to provide an authentic kitchen cupboard ingredient with a standardised profile. By using culinary techniques, from the juices we can obtain a wide range of profiles, such as blanched, roasted and sautéed. Chefs and formulators can use these juices to create natural stocks to provide more complex culinary profiles. We valorise co-products that cannot be sold as such by processing them to obtain a concentrate extract aims to limit waste and value the farmers work by purchasing their co-products.
